Travel Agent Services Login Help
We have recently changed the way you log in to the Blue Sky Tours
Travel Agent Services system. Previously, we had the concept of a single,
agency-wide login. Now we have the concept of individual user logins that
are associated with an agency. This is much better when you have several
agents who need to access the system.
Unfortunately, however, the new system has caused some confusion. There
are basically two ways to login now:
- If you, as an agent, have not gone through the personal registration
process (where you put in your name and email, verify your adress,
and enter your own password), then you will need to login in with your
ARC, IATA, TRUE or CLIA number and agency password. In most cases this
password is your agency's ZIP code.
- If you have personally registered, you will log in using the email
address and password you supplied on the registration screen.
If you are having problems logging in, here are some tips:
- If you see a message saying something like ,
"johndoe@someagency.com has not been registered with Blue Sky
Tours", then you need to go back and try logging in with your
ARC, IATA, TRUE or CLIA number and agency password (usually the ZIP code). This will take you through the personal registration process. After
you've done that, you'll log in with the email address and password
you supplied.
- If you see a message saying something like
"The supplied password is invalid", it means you've gone
through the personal registration just fine, but are putting in an
incorrect password. You need to use the password you supplied on the
registration screen. Passwords are case-sensetive, so "password" is
not the same as "Password" or "PASSWORD". If you cannot
remember your password, try out the
password request service.
- If you keep getting taken back to the personal registration screen
over and over again, you are entering your ARC, IATA, TRUE or CLIA
number and agency password instead of your own. Use the email address
and password you supplied on the registration screen when you personally registered.
