They are then shuttled to the top of Pu'u 'Ohia where they will be outfitted with a mountain bike and helmet. Safety instructions will be provided before descending the 5-mile paved jungle road. There is a stop half way down at Manoa lookout for pictures, narrative and lunch.

After being instructed there will be a 20 minute paddle to China Man's Hat (Mokoli'i Island) where there will be a quick stop to snorkel before continuing on to Moli'i fishpond for lunch. After a final 30-45 minute paddle return to the beachfront, guests will be able to take advantage of fresh water showers before returning to Waikiki.
