  Use this address if you are a travel agency and have questions or problems with a booking you've already made with us or if you're a vendor and need to make changes in the services you provide. If you are an individual and have customer service issues with a BST package, we request that you try and get those issues resolved through the original booking agency. If you are having problems with that agency, we'd certainly like to hear about it!
