Customer Care Policy

Guidelines
Blue Sky Tours will follow the policies which have been issued by our airline partners in the event of military action, or Code Red status. These generally allow customers to rebook their travel plans without incurring the normal airline change fees. Please follow the guidelines below in event that customers need to change their plans.

  • To be eligible for waiver of airline change fees, reservations must be paid in full or ticketed prior to commencement of military action or activation of code red status.
  • All changes must take place prior to your originally scheduled departure date. No-shows are not protected.
  • All increases in price due to changes will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for decrease will likely not be allowed
  • The new record must be for the original traveler.
  • If customers rebook their trip, they will need to choose their new dates at the time of booking to waive the airline change fees. Please remember cancellations are subject to full airline cancel penalties.
  • The policies may be modified at any time, without notice and can be applied retroactively. Upon commencement of military action or code red, airline policies will be updated and finalized for ticketed passengers and/or passengers on their vacations. Blue Sky Tours will update our Customer Care Policies to correspond to the airline policies as we learn of any changes.

Please Note: Special cancellation policies may be available for customers who need to cancel their vacation due to being called for active military service. Such instances will be handled on a case by case basis.
