Blue Sky Tours will refund the cost of all ATA tickets.
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR FEEDBACK, Blue Sky Tours will refund the cost of all ATA tickets issued by Blue Sky Tours for passengers not already reaccommodated by Blue Sky Tours. These refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. We anticipate sending refunds beginning 4/25/08.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
We are working as quickly as possible to protect all ATA passengers booked with Blue Sky Tours. We know the wait to have your records reaccommodated has created an unacceptable situation.
If you prefer to rebook your passengers' air, please do so.
If you want Blue Sky Tours to rebook your passengers, please email us at rebook@blueskytours.com . Please include the record locator and note any special requirements. Please remember Blue Sky Tours is rebooking in order of departure date, and will not be rebooking clients unless requested through the above mentioned email.
Because we have over 2000 ATA records at this time that have not been rebooked on other transpacific air, it will take us some time to rebook your passengers. We will work to do this as quickly as we can upon receipt of your email.
We apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused. We ask your understanding as we move forward.
Other Points:
- There are no change fees to change the land booked on the record
- Complete ATA cancels will be subject to cancel fees & commission recall
- Waiver will cover cancel penalties
- ATA tickets can be credited toward BST reaccommodation instead of a refund if clients want to do this
- Blue Sky Tours wants to keep the land--we want your business
